  Drake music aims towards teens/young adults because its the most relatable ages groups for his music and his life.

His music aims towards both genders from his different ways he's able to make music and make it relatable for all genders.

A lot of his music his aimed towards secondary/collage because at that time of their lives drakes music becomes the most relatable.

Drake came up in a poor area and worked a lot of his life trying to make money for his and his mum which led to him being relatable for middle class and below.

Drake grew up in a more ethnic environment and was around his black side a lot of his life and made his music based of a lot of that. 

He worked a 9/5 for a lot of time in his life and knows how to relate to people who work those jobs.

Drake was born and raised in Toronto and makes a lot of his music based of that and where he's from.
